Allen Maynard has been in the concrete construction business for 30 years specializing in custom stamped and colored concrete in the Las Vegas area. His creativity and eye for detail enabled him to use his knowledge and experience to further his products by encouraging his clientele to think outside the box with concrete countertops, walls and furniture. After experimenting and researching a vast variety of products and techniques, he saw an article in a magazine that featured Buddy Rhodes. In 2007, he attended a Buddy Rhodes seminar and was introduced to the pressed technique along with the full line of Buddy Rhodes products. The pressed technique with its veining has fulfilled the look Allen has been chasing for over a decade.

Since then, Allen’s experience, knowledge and passion for concrete design has pushed the boundaries by designing and fabricating a line of sink molds, edge molds and colors. In 2007, he closed his concrete construction business and opened Genesis Concrete Concepts, a company strictly devoted to concrete countertops, tub, shower and fireplace surrounds, and furniture, etc.

Allen’s business experience in all facets of the daily operations, management and pro-active approach to customer service provides the outlet necessary to empower clients to partner with him and together execute their vision. As Allen continues in research and development, while striving for excellence and perfection, his love for concrete truly depicts “that concrete’s only limitation is the imagination.”
