Mirage Studios has been providing faux and other decorative finishing for over 25 years in the New York City tri-state area. Kevin McGovern and John York took their first Buddy Rhodes class in 2005 and haven’t looked back since. Decorative concrete fit well into the work they were already doing. They like concrete techniques because they enables them to push the envelope on custom designs specified by their local architects and designers. Members of the U.S. Green Building Council, they often incorporate recycled content in their projects, and utilize the old world styles they know, as well, such as scagliola. Having recently grown into a new and larger studio and showroom, they are now even better able to meet the demands of their clients and to display their diverse finishes.
